Munday Properties is run by brothers Chris and Nick Munday. The company started with a single industrial asset in Rainham, Essex. It now holds residential property in Stoke-on-Trent and delivers new-build homes in Hertfordshire.
We buy with our own capital and conventional bank finance, and we hold property for the long term. We deal directly with agents, vendors and tenants, and every decision is made by the two directors, so things move quickly.
We buy to hold. Tenants and neighbours deal with the same owner year after year.
